Terms of service

§1. Scope

These terms govern the use of the Kvorum platform, provided by [Company name], UIC [·········], registered at [address]. The platform connects clients with consultants and consulting firms and allows consultations to be booked online.

§2. Kvorum’s role

Kvorum is an intermediary. The contract for a consulting service is concluded directly between the client and the consultant, who is responsible for the quality of the service, their professional obligations and issuing payment documents.

§3. Registration

Registration is free. Users are responsible for the accuracy of their data and for keeping their password safe. Consultant profiles become public after a review by the Kvorum team.

§4. Bookings

A booking request becomes binding once the consultant confirms it. The client may cancel a booking before it starts from “My account”. The consultant may decline or cancel a booking and the client is notified.

§5. Reviews

Only a client who had a consultation can leave a review. Reviews must be honest and free of offensive or unlawful content. Kvorum may hide reviews that break these rules.

§6. Prohibited conduct

Publishing false information, circumventing the platform’s security, automated data scraping and using the platform for spam are prohibited.

§7. Liability

Kvorum takes care to keep the platform running, but is not liable for the content of consultations or for disputes between clients and consultants.

§8. Changes and governing law

We may amend these terms with advance notice to users. Bulgarian law applies.
